Redirect Health
Redirect Health, our healthcare and administration partner, is the operational engine behind the Newpath Medical community. They handle plan administration, manage the provider network (the Multiplan PHCS Practitioner-Only Network plus a process for members to add providers), run the day-to-day care delivery through their staffed clinics and 24/7 virtual care, and handle payments to providers and the member app.
They also run the care advocacy team that powers our case navigation service: the bill review, provider negotiation, and dispute work that's free and open to anyone.
Future partnerships
As Newpath Medical expands its Benevolent Fund and medical-debt-relief work, we expect to work with additional mission-aligned organizations (healthcare advocacy groups, charitable clinics, community health organizations, and groups focused on mental-health access) to get charitable resources to the people who need them.
